Deya’s process is to firstly deep listen with reverence and respect to connect with each place. She then spontaneously sings in response to the energy, frequency and vibration of each location. The song is recorded in the moment, live in nature with a portable recording set up – laptop, microphone, headphones. We recommend to create a quiet space for the first few listens to be able to drop into the subtle energies of the music listening experience.
